Why I'm standing
Only a Christopher Luxon National-led government will get New Zealand back on track. I'm seeking re-election to again be Coromandel's voice and face in our parliament so that I can continue to represent the interests and aspirations of all Coromandel people in a new National-led government that will get our country back on track.
About me
I'm fourth generation Coromandel. My great-grandparents arrived at Kuaotunu on the Coromandel Peninsula in the mid-1800s. I've been involved in politics and the National Party since my high school days. It's this mix of experience in life, business, the region, and politics that I think gives me the skillset required to represent Coromandel in our parliament.
My priorities
- Get our region fully open again. Getting SH25A re-opened.
- Restore law and order. Citizens don't feel safe in their homes and communities.
- Grow our local economy and reduce wasteful government spending.
