Why I'm standing

I am standing to ensure that we all live with dignity. To see stronger action taken for people, planet, and collective well-being. With ongoing wealth inequality, climate, and biodiversity crises; implementing the Green vision for Aotearoa is vital. The time is now for honouring Te Tiriti, lifting everyone out of poverty, and more Green representation in parliament.

About me

I am standing in Mana, the electorate I grew up and still live in because I know Green solutions are required to tackle the issues impacting our area and across Aotearoa. I want to be a voice for our communities and bring our priorities to the halls of power. I am taking my experience organising and advocating for youth, rainbow, and ethnic communities to this election campaign and will continue to as an elected representative.

My priorities
  1. Implement a tax-free threshold of $10,000 and tax cuts for everyone earning under $125,000.
  2. Introduce a rental warrant of fitness so all homes are guaranteed to be warm and dry.
  3. Protecting and restoring wetlands as we build with nature, not against it.
