Why I'm standing

I'm standing as the National Party candidate because I care deeply about our region. It matters to me that Taranaki thrives and all of us have the opportunity to achieve success.

About me

The Taranaki community has been very good to me. It gave me a strong upbringing and education, a great job, helped me raise my family and offered me the opportunity to own and grow my own business. After several years serving our community in governance roles and most recently as chair of the TRC, I believe I have the skills to deliver for New Plymouth as part of a Christopher Luxon-led National team.

My priorities
  1. Rebuild the Taranaki economy by reducing the cost of living and growing revenue.
  2. Ensure people feel safe by tackling gangs and crime and supporting police.
  3. Improve outcomes for children and families, boost health services and refocus education.
