Why I'm standing

A cancer diagnosis several years ago made me see the health system from the 'inside'. It was going through that experience that made me want to give back and improve the public health system for everyday kiwis. As your MP I'll focus on today so we can build for tomorrow. This means focusing on the big issues with a back-to-basics approach!

About me

I'm a proud father, I'm a husband, I'm a tradie, I'm a cancer survivor, and until entering parliament 18 months ago, I was a soldier. But, most importantly, I stand here today feeling extremely privileged to serve the people of Aotearoa as a member of Parliament under Labour. I would love the opportunity to serve you for another term!

My priorities
  1. Ease the cost of living.
  2. Improve health outcomes for all New Zealanders.
  3. Improve housing for all New Zealanders.
