Why I'm standing

I used to live in one of the best countries in the world, not now, I have seen, especially over the last three years the country divided by race, the worst crime, housing, health, and education I have ever known. This country has lost its way. The debt now owing to overseas banks will take generations to pay back. NZ First will put back the one person one vote democracy that has been taken away.

About me

I was born and raised in Wairoa, have six children – two to a Māori mum, and four to a non-Māori mum. I am now retired, my last role was as a Corrections officer in Hawkes Bay Regional prison. I spent over 25 years living in Papua New Guinea, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, during this period I was a human resource consultant.

My priorities
  1. Make sure cyclone insurance claims are settled and not to have another Christchurch.
  2. Examine the possibility of a health facility for the Napier residents.
  3. Build the housing required for our Napier citizens.
