Why I'm standing

I want to see a New Zealand where the rivers run clear from the mountains to the sea; where everyone has a warm, dry, affordable, and accessible home to live in; and where we work together to build our nation based on co-operation and understanding rather than fear and division.

About me

My experience in advocacy for climate action and environmental protection over the past 25 years has taught me the importance of holding to first principles and the values that underpin a safe, inclusive society, and a viable planet. At this time of climate crisis the world needs transformational change. Political leadership that is not compromised by vested interests is vital to building a resilient world where everyone and everything thrives.

My priorities
  1. Ensure that West Auckland has the climate resilience it needs for the worsening storms to come.
  2. Supporting those most in need through WoF on housing, free dental, and guarantied minimum income.
  3. Protecting the incredible natural beauty of the Waitakere ranges with forest and river restoration.
